He completed his medical graduation from KIMS, Bangalore, followed by his M.S. in Orthopaedics from Yenepoya University, Mangalore. After completing his postgraduate training, Dr. Ishtiaque returned to Kolkata and pursued his senior residency at the prestigious Nil Ratan Sircar Medical College and Hospital.
